Eh, I don't get the fuss really - just standard Magazine practiced where they don't outright confirm stuff that wasn't point blank stated in the manga.

Yes, we know Zoro has it in the manga from the standard CoC effects and through basic implication. But ig it wasn't stated blatantly enough to be included in the Vivre Cards

That was Oden's CoC, Zolo ain't got shit, which is why it's not listed on his vivre card.

Why are people getting pressed about the coc thing?
We already seen in the manga Zoro knocking out people and using the same black lightning adcoc trail on his swords as Roger/WB.
What more do u need?
