She's actually a pretty strong, YC1+ level character. If she didn't have that fucking abysmal and cringy personality and got off Oden's nuts for once, everyone would probably advocate for her being the next SH. She just needs a completely different motive and personality.

Also Sengoku is supposed to be sympathetic now even though he didn't show any reserve or remorse about Ohara Buster Call, nor about the civilians who were killed by Sakazuki, nor the other bad stuff done by the WG higher ups.
It doesn't help that Oda made the WG so cartoonishly evil, which only worsened with time, while guys such as Sengoku or Garp can't be unaware of what they do.

Ace with his whininess, impulsivity, immaturity and pride can come as irritating at times, not counting how these traits ended up backfiring on him and leading to both his downfall, but also his captain and adoptive father and many of his comrades with him ignoring Whitebeard telling to not go after Teach, and then wasting all of his adoptive father, brother and comrades' sacrifices and getting killed stupidely just because he couldn't let go of some childish insults against Whitebeard.

Sengoku is the most extreme out of all Admirals shown so far, Sakazuki and Aramaki are saints in comparison
