I think the problem is that the tone surrounding the entire ordeal isn't really hammering in how big of a failure this entire thing has been for the SHs...

Maybe they will come to that realization once safe on the ships and on their way to Elbaf because right now their demeanor really isn't selling the weight of their blunder here. Weird writing on Oda's part all around...

Iirc Igneel was always weaker than Acnologia. And it was said 5 Dragon Gods are all equal to Acnologia, that makes Dragon Gods > Igneel
