Personally, I hope so. It was cool to see and it explains how Shanks basically teleported right in front of Kid in only a few seconds.

Maybe that's the part of the haki a DF consumes when someone eats it.
It would explain how Roger could keep up with WB and his Gura while both seemingly had the same Haki setup.
It would also explain why Shanks hasn't weakened much after losing his arm.
And why Mihawk DFless sits at the top of the swordsmen.
And why Kaido said Haki transcends it all but then proceeded to lose against a DF. Haki may transcends all but not his haki as he can't fully use adv CoC due to his DF.

A lot of headcanon obviously. For now.

I think the Griffin could be his equivalent of asura

asura was said to be an illusion created by Zoro’s will. Looks like Shanks did that.

Also, despite seemingly not using ACoC, Kaido said Zoro was a CoC user after he pulled Asura. Meaning there’s a high chance asura is a CoC ability.

Not impossible. Only Zoro has shown something close to the susano's so far. If Shanks has one, Mihawk will have his hawk susanoo too. It might be a testament to their strong spirits.
