Will all be involved in the final series of conflicts. But this silhouetted person seems to me more like a hidden design for the plot, which who could it realistically be if not the Burned Scar Man, since he has the 4th RP.

Since Elbaf needs to happen next and isnt Lodestar/LT, then this makes sense.
