I'm close to the marxist ideology. So if I had to choose between leninism and troskysm, I would rather be a troskyst since my knowledge of the movement (which is not great) depicts it has a much more democratic and plurial current.
But overall, and maybe this is my lack of knowledge on the subject that prevent me to see that, but I feel like communism and the seek for socialism (the ideal classless society for Marx) lacks a failsafe to prevent people like Staline or Mao to arrive in power.
We cannot allow the massacre of our political ennemies or the oppression of the population in any case. Also, I have reserves on the dictature of the proleteriat, a one unique party seems to be a very dangerous and risky approach even tho I understand its necessity for the working class to rise above the bourgeoisie.
That's why although I may be very radical and I may lean someday toward either anarchist or communist ideals, I'm still a reformist.
I personally hope they go with Kamala. 100% perfect pick.
