No other BBP could put Garp in that state. We know Shiryu wasn't involved till the Stab because Garp just noticed him "small time impel down thug?" Meaning he didn't encounter him before that moment.
Garp and Kuzan were going at it, Garp probably sent Kuzan flying away again and in between, found room to toss the other BBP around too. Kuzan ofcourse kept coming back.

I think it's a miscommunication. I don't think fenaker believes the fodder BBP did that to him. Think he's saying Garp had time to beat up Kuzan and the other BBP, which is fair. It makes Garp look good.

We know they can't keep up with them mid blitzes and punching, you saw how much force that created. Both speed and power there's no room for those fodders.
But it does make Garp more impressive, people think Garp fell to 1 stab and a couple attacks, when in reality Garp took many more attacks offpanel against Kuzan.
