The current Brazil team is so bad fielding an out of shape Neymar who just came back from injury would still be an improvement.
Meanwhile starting Ronaldo outside of Saudi Arabia is no difference from playing with 10 men.
So IMO the latter is more finished.

Brazil has still big players like Vinicius,Rodrygo,Endrick,etc. they are all still very young and can still improve. If Brazil has no talent,what should Italy say? Italy seems finished right now,the only players that could maybe,maybe,if all goes well and they dont get serious injures etc. become world-class players seems to be Pafundi and Camarda,but who knows if they will really become big or not. Camarda was followed by Manchester City,while Pafundi is maybe unknow outside Italy (altough he currently plays in Switzerland) so who knows if they will become world class champions or not. But a team like Italy should have at least one world-class player in the attacking zone,for every generation. But they're lacking a world-class player in that zone since the Del Piero and Totti times probably. Dont tell me about Balotelli,apart from Euro 2012,he was a failure,too much laziness in him,he could have done way,way more with his career.

Vinicius is undoubtedly good while playing for Real but he has yet to make a big impact while playing for NT.
Rodrygo will never start since Vinicius is much better than him on the left and when on the right out of position there are also players that perform better than him.
Endrick is a complete wildcard. Maybe he will grow out of it but his weird off the pitch antics don't do him any favor.
