Controversial Whats a popular series that you couldnt get into

House of the Dragon. The four last seasons of Game of Thrones traumatized me, and always make me fear that this show will fall into the same errors and failings of its mother series.

From what I can tell HOTD is much more focused on the politics of it all

What's a widely popular series/franchise that you couldn't get into

For me that series is breaking bad, I watched the first 2 seasons and couldn't really get into it, didn't see what all the hubbabaloo was about

Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, The Witcher (although the games are great like Ghotic)

I watched youtube summaries instead, was still very difficult and boring to get through. Absolute rubbish plotlines.

There's a lot more and I can't remember all of them.

Imo the dynamic and interactions between characters is much more deep and thought provoking in HOTD

In GOT most of the dialog surrounded either what was currently happening or what was about to happen next

Watched Cowboy Bebop as a kid. Thought it was great because of the space stuff.
Jojo i initially hesitated, but I like it due to how ridiculous it is. I think the Dio memes got me interested and then i binge-watched everything.

The other 2 you mentioned I dislike regardless.

Game of Thrones. I watched a few episodes on TV before the hype really began and didn't like it. Read a bunch of articles about it later and came to the conclusion that I'm not going to like it anyway.

Ahhh same I liked it at first but the entire thing just being about fighting got boring quickly

Jujutsu Kaisen. I'm sorry, but the manga art was just indigestible to me.
Gundam. I was more of a Zoids man.

British:
Doctor Who. Just seems too silly and ridiculous.

American:

Same with programs about comic book super heroes.
Walking Dead. I don't care much about zombie movies or tv shows. Zombie video games though is another matter.
Supernatural. Nah.

Narcos. Found it boring. The theme kinda piss me off too cause my nation has a big problem with drug trafficking and stuff.

Gothic 1 Remake incoming. Gothic 3 Community story project is still alive too. Archolos was released and people say its better than Gothic 2 NOTR.
