Part 2 is my undisputed favorite because of Young Joseph. That character single handedly turned me into a Jojo fan.
Part 3 is above Part 7 mostly because lf the anime and how many iconic and hilarious moments there were. Jotaro vs Steely Dan, Avdol returning vs Wonder of U, Jotaro vs Darby (both brothers), Rerorerorero, etc
Part 7 might jump to number 2 depending on the adaptation

Perhaps One Piece is Joyboy’s haki bag.

When Roger found it, he sealed his haki into it as well.

This is why the fate of the world depends on who finds the One Piece. It is literally the world’s strongest weapon, containing the haki of both Joyboy and Roger.

However merely having the one piece won’t make you top #1 because Imu exists. He’s survived for 900+ years and hence likely has a haki bag of his own with 900 years of haki stored into it.

Luffy acted like Orochi personally killed Toki right in front of Oden, instead all orochi did was lie to Oden about ships…

Like Oda really could not have made a less compelling villain than orochi. Even spandem was more enjoyable.

All 3 main villains of Wano were lame.

Kaido was a lackluster villain.

Big Mom was a joke and most of her fight was off screened.

And Orochi was a even bigger joke.
