The vibe is more like 30s Dragon. The shirt + the coat + the wild hair + long streaking sideburns, than Shanks.

With 60 year old Luffy - 55 year old Dragon - 78 year old Garp. What makes Dragon stand out is the no eyebrows + hella long hair. All three essentially have the same hair texture meaning if Garp/Luffy let it grow it'll be like Dragon's. Long jaw structure. But have different noses, all 3 of them. Luffy having the smallest one, Dragon having the biggest one.

Garp-Luffy-Dragon looks pretty identical, differences being in length of hair + their noses and small jaw structure differences.

No matter how you turn it, that's not good writing at all.

And it doesn’t take much critical thinking skills to realize that if that was the case, Oda would have solved the mystery at the very same moment VA was presented or at least now, the last time we saw the BBP in EH and the last time we would ever talk about this.

So, instead of thinking that VA was spying on them, did that and then Oda magically forgot to tell us, wouldn't you consider that maybe was one that:

- was there (confirmed, not theories)
- was seen moving after the food was delivered;
- was worried about Bonney and Sentomaru the second before;
- had "..." after the food was delivered;
- used his own ramen bowl;
- Is probably the fastest character in the verse;
- and probably Is going to appear next chapter?
