I was fine with Sukuna being one-shot when he was confident in his victory and the only one standing was the one he underestimated the most until the last moment.
Now it's different, he's riled up, he's had minutes to both get his guard up and maybe even regain his DE.
He already has his RCT back and he's a step away from being on top shape. He also has Hollow Wicker Basket to tank whatever comes even if he doesn't have his DE yet.
If Yuji beats him under these conditions with a simple, single DE, then they are all imbeciles for not having done this much earlier.

As you said, he has domain counter measures ready. However, since he is in his Yujikuna form he only has two arms so it'll be hard to do both offense and defense here
