I hope you understand that it is impossible for Oden's Haki to be in Enma, Enma has the same properties since it was forged, the color is different, and the stored Haki is for a single use. In addition to being something extremely rare that is not within Oden's reach.

Not just a sign of Haki level I think. So far permanently sealing your Haki away was done by top tiers, with Oden's father stating that it's a level Oden couldn't achieve. But saying it is solely dependent on Haki level might be a stretch. Mihawk is too much of a background character for symbolizing the peak of Haki imo. There were other non black blade users specifically highlighted for their powerful Haki, representing the top of the world.

And black blades should be specifically tied to armament.
