Hara has been on a demonic pacing since Shukai.

I think this first general exists to hype up Shin and the HSU, and mark his arrival as a player on the international stage.

hara will give him his first real achievement as general.
this time we don't have anyone it is only shin army alone.

I think he'll be legit and be at HK level or maybe even above but if Han is gonna have a 3gh/6gg level generals it will be some retired legend or whatever, not someone below Rakua.

HK is the bare minimum to give Shin some difficulty, otherwise he'll just take the city easily like Roumou.

I'd assume he's atleast somewhat of a threat since otherwise they probably wouldn't have dispatched Shin. I think Kyoukai proposed the plan to have Shin defeat him and have the rest of the Tou army proceed their invasion towards Shintei, so Shin will defeat Hakuou Koku and Tou will eventually defeat Raku'a Kan. Shin defeating the second most powerful general in the state would be the most appropriate for his current position.

- Han invasion force is at least +150K
- Kyou Kai's plan appears to involve moving parts
- HSU is likely to get redemption early
- Tou will likely be targeted by Wei and possibly Chu
- Kan Ou is a dead man

Han
- well positioned to defend from invasion
- Raku'A Kan and Yoko Yoko ideally scale to Rei Ou/Ko Chou and Ran Bi Haku/Buddha
- will favour war of attrition to buy time for other states to respond and bleed Qin's resources
- potential risk in losing #2 general in early engagement with HSU

Wei
- profited significantly off WZI and alliance with Qin
- unlikely to get involved early but will send substantial aid
- if Qin fail in Han, they have 50K to ransom or butcher
- Gai Mou's involvement could complicate matters greatly for Qin

Zhao
- back to back wins bought them time to rebuild
- unlikely to commit major force to Han reinforcements
- problems persist with corrupt court and monarchy
- may choose to take land and wealth from Yan

Chu
- true strength remains largely unknown
- they've been sabre rattling in the south since Gi'an
- potential major player in Han Campaign
- Kou Yoku and Haku Rei are likely reps for Chu, & possibly Ren Pa

Yan
- unlikely to be a player in Han
- potential target for Zhao
- may re-engage Qin on potential alliance

Qi
- least likely player to be involved in Han
- may attack Wei in an alliance with Qin

I don't think Yoku is at a level to lead 200k force to stalemate Moubu.

The last time we saw somebody keeping Moubu in check was Karin. The idea is to have somebody keep Moubu in check, while they send somebody else to go help out the Han.

It will be offscreened so it doesn't matter
Gen U, Man U or some other GG we haven't heard of leads a 200k army to keep Moubu at the border

Kou Yoku and Haku Rei will go to Han's aid. They match up well with the HSU. Hopefully they'll be accompanied by a new general of Chu.
