Luffy has a YC1 and YC2 and why would that change ?

Because zoro and sanji are better than your average “YC1 and YC2”

Like luffy is comparable to kaido but his top 2 guys are just straight up better. Them being more closer to Yamato and king then they are king and queen
Luffy’s 2nd strongest subordinate Sanji being comparable to kaido’s strongest subordinate that listens to him king

By the time luffy reaches roger level it should hopefully be the same
Zoro and sanji not only being equal to Rayleigh and gaban but oden and Rayleigh

Zoro doesn't have a Roger.

zoro is a kizaru or a kuzan and as long as he can be oneshot by luffy , yes he has a roger

It’s pretty obvious luffy’s relationship with his crew is unique to the other emperors and theirs. It’s also different than Roger’s with luffy clearly not having a Rayleigh relationship with anyone in the crew. Rayleigh being put on a pedestal in comparison to the other Roger Pirates and the strawhats having no hierarchy beyond luffy himself. Tho zoro and sanji due to their strength do usually stand out more with them being tasked to protect the crew and take out strong subordinates when luffy himself can’t

With all that being said while luffy doesn’t really have a “Rayleigh” I do think zoro and sanji are there to fill that void together

Zoro and Sanji representing both Rayleigh and Gaban as well as Oden and Rayleigh
Zoro obviously being the Rayleigh + Oden and Sanji the Gaban + Rayleigh in this case

Same with the beast pirates

Beckman more likely than not being a mix of zoro and sanji same way Rayleigh and king kinda are

Similar case with killer and bepo. Tho it being a lot more obvious and in your face with killer lowkey being the closest to a zoro + sanji fusion. Sharing similarities to both characters

Also yes Zoro is stronger and more special than Sanji. Which is why I compared him to oden and Yamato and compared Sanji to gaban and queen

Imo the shs are somewhat modeled after Roger crew. They aren't a yonko modeled crew where there's 1 top tier 3 high tier and alot of mid tiers and thousands of low tiers to fodder characters. It just luffys core crew mainly with the extention of his grand fleet which luffy didn't want and doesn't command really at all. Right now the shs have 2 top tier, 2 high tier, and 6 mid tiers. None of the current yonko have the typical yonko structure that the old yonko had. Luffy has zoro, shanks has Beckman, buggy has mihawk, and bb has kuzan.

Luffy is Roger, zoro is Rayleigh, sanji is gaban, and if Yamato joins she will be oden.
