… for one, he had a good fight… start there
Aside from Asura which He also used in Wano with a much more Epic & Greater Results
What do you remember from Zoro vs Kaku?

Am i supposed to say that Zoro against Giraffe Neck is better than seeing him threaten Queen, One-Shot Apoo, join Roof Fight, cut Kaidou with Tatsu Maki, his Hiryu Kaen moment, stopping Hakai, unlocking adv. Coc, using King of Hell Mode, seeing Death, being compared to Ryuma, kozaburo flashback, fighting King ... etc

You're just using some Nostalgia to pretend like Zoro was absent in Wano compared to other Arcs, which is not even close.
As if anyone wanna trade all that for more Giraffe Neck Panels lmao Come on, stop the bias

Zoro is only expected to have epic fighting panels, and Wano delivered a lot of them, Egghead too despite being an Arc that doesn't focus on SHs at all, still gave us like 5 amazing Zoro moments, and same for Dressrosa or Punk Hazard or Fishmen Island or even Return to Sabaody, and ofc same applies to all Pre-TS Arcs

You have an expectations problem, we can hope for more, we can predict that more might come, but this doesn't mean that what we got was "Bad", that's just being hateful for no reason

Besides what people have said, the evil samurai were total losers. The guy who lead them was instantly defeated by Hyou, who was literally a shell of what he once was. Kind of hard to get excited for Zoro to show his bushido against total jabronis.

All the time people spent relishing how Zoro theories flopped to distract themselves from the fact that One Piece isn't close to being the series it was at the beginning of Act 3. No one "won" lol

I was indifferent to it but a clear missed opportunity. Like maybe a few less gifters, a few less guest star pirates, few to none of the Numbers, and there could have been some space for sword users in the land of sword users.

All of Zoro and Wano’s backstory is end game stuff which is the only explanation why it hasn’t been revealed yet.

It will be revealed after the old Wano flashback followed by Nusjuro’s feud with Shimotsuki family/Ryuma, Black Blade/cursed Kitetsu lore and possibility Zoro’s real motivation against Mihawk. How did a little boy from East Blue know who he is when no one didn’t except those who has been to the Grandline?

It has been theorized that he witness or heard his dad losing to him (“Arashi” chapter was Mihawk’s debut). Hence Mihawk PTSD reaction when he first saw Zoro’s oni giri which may have reminded him of his father (common anime trope) so this explained his soft hearted approach to Zoro.

Oda is not going back to make Wano good, and even if he tries it's kinda stupid as opposed to having made Wano good while we were actually in the arc. There was so much lore work that could have been done between the bloodlines and the geographical history of its identity. Like Wanted! had a western styled setting where some people displayed Asian style, and we know the old Wano was flooded under the Wano they've had for hundreds of years since so... ?

The world building part of One Piece was always so much better than a half assed DBZ homage but we ended up in Nika Town just the same.

Zoro vs king is badly written. The mechanics of the fight don’t make sense. That’s why it’s a bad fight
What mechanics? lol
This isn't a Video Game

There is a massive line between "I didn't understand that Part of Fight" and "Zoro was fumbled in entire Arc of 150 Chapters".
The Thread is about "Zoro", not which Arc do you prefer, or which Fight do you prefer.

List me things that you hated about Zoro himself in Wano, not be like "I think Wano is Bad & since Zoro was present in that Arc then i believe Zoro was Bad too"

It's like someone giving an amazing performance in a match, but because his Team lost the Match, let's say that He is a very bad Player, how could the Coach let him play! You're mixing Character Discussion with Arc Discussion

Also comparing Zoro/Wano to Usopp/Elbaf is Bad Comparison
Usopp's Dream is to Visit Elbaf & prove himself as Brave Warrior just like the Giants
Zoro's Dream is completely unrelated to Wano, He could have followed his Dream even if He never ever heard of a Land called Wano

Better comparison would be Chopper & Zou (Land of Minks)
Just because it's a Land where the People there resemble that specific Straw Hat, doesn't mean it's related to their Dream or Story Arc.
Same thing for Franky & Egghead for example

Usopp's Arc is Elbaf
Zoro's Arc is where Mihawk is, not where Samurai are

That is a nasty comparison. The only similarity Chopper has with the Minks is that he's an anthromorphic animal with comparable intelligence to humans. They aren't really even the same species.

In Zoro's case, Zoro's home village is a branch of Wano heritage. Zoro's sword style is influenced by Wano's teachings. Zoro's family tree is deeply connected to Wano. Ryuma, a man Zoro respected, is from Wano as was his legendary blade, Shusui. Zoro has shown interest in how samurais fought ever since he saw Kinemon use Fire-Fox Style. Zoro had plot set-up within Wano that were personal between only himself and the Wano characters.

Sure, Zoro could become the WSS without coming to Wano. He also could of been offscreened since his introduction, never appeared again since then, and still achieve the title as well, but at the end of the day he did come, and his roots are somewhat influenced by Wano, and he made relationships with the Wano citizens that were not properly concluded. The journey is an important piece of the narrative, not just the destination.

I have other critiques about your comment, but I'll refrain from them as of now.
