Most of the names on the list are Commanders or weaker trash that an Admiral is expected to clear. That's not what I'm talking about though - the problem is him getting sonned by Shanks.
That interaction alone shows he's a run of the mill Top Tier, while Shanks is "special" amongst Top Tiers too.
I think this is downplaying the ease of which he did this in, even some top tiers can show minor signs of struggle against large numbers of legit strong characters like this. Heck we even saw Kaidou getting tossed around by the scabbards for a bit, before turning the heat up. Based on how we saw Big Mom handle much weaker characters, there is no way she can replicate those feats
that quickly.
And first mate interactions have always shown to be annoyances to top tiers. Marco in MF, Marco against BM in Wano. I think it came as a shock to everyone (including myself) for Greenbull to so effortlessly pack YC1 and YC2 together, like he was doing it passively almost. But maybe there was more of a struggle than implied?
And putting Fujitora in bandages? Lol, why are y'all pretending as if that means anything when you folks were calling the same argument as stupid when used as slander against Fujitora?
Nah I thought Fujitora deserved all the slander for that.
Infact I was one of the people slandering him lmao.
I wasn't even trying to hear the restricted in MJ excuse because even if it's true, Sabo and a few good men should not have you wearing a headwrap several days after the fact when you had a fellow Admiral beside you.
Turned out Oda is a complete fucking troll. He drew this, only for Sabo to legit never cross paths with the rev, for Fuji to be fighting alongside the revs and GB to be fighting Fujitora.
It definitely isn't end all be all, it proves that he's your run of the mill Top Tier which is very relevant when it comes to ranking Top Tiers.
He's definitely run of your mill. I don't think two top tiers Oda picked out of a hat, grown ass men he could justify finding casually living a peaceful life in the background of the verse, to fill in the vacant seats of established top tiers, will ever be anything more than that.
