That's not what I meant. Not all 3+ citizenship holders are oligarchs, but all oligarchs have 3+ citizenship. Just look at the recent Durov case, ancestry doesn't have anything to do with that either, just tax evasion schemes and political tricks.

Another fun piece of trivia, when it comes to citizenships, comes from the only democracy in the middle east. If you want to get naturalized, you are required to renounce your previous citizenship. But if you are Jewish, you aren't required to do that.

What do you mean? Like Brazilians migrating abroad, because Brazil has gone to the dogs? No. Even if we go down like Venezuela, most people cannot afford to migrate and family ties is also one factor that makes people shy away from migrating. Most Brazilians citizens have never traveled to a different state within the country, let alone another country.
But...we have around 5 million Brazilians with Portuguese citizenship. Portugal has around 10 million citizens living in its territory and they have an aging population and declining birth rates. The young ones seek to live in other places within Europe too. Some people feel that Portugal could turn into a Brazilian state due to demographics.
There is growing xenophobia against Brazilians in Portugal due to many reasons. Brazilians migrating might be trouble for Portugal, but not for the rest of Europe.

So now you're moving the goalpost? It's an emergency. No western country denies healthcare in case of an emergency, that's even the case in the United States. So what, if someone has appendicitis are you gonna wait until it's too late? Or are you gonna provide the service and then arrange payment? It's a case by case basis, it doesn't mean you can just go to a specialist without paying.

Also, check the key words that you conveniently ignore "limited contribution" and "depending on the public hospital's policy." It still doesn't change the fact that if you're not a resident or a citizen, then you aren't officially covered. You can't just get cancer treatment willy nilly.

Dude, who the fuck would want to migrate to Brazil? There are Venezuelans migrating to Roraima due to the harsh conditions they suffer, but they only do that because staying in Venezuela means hunger. This is a third world country and we are basically isolated from the rest of the world. We have natural barriers that even make it difficult for nations that borders us to have access to Brazilian lands. We are kind like Australia: Isolated in the middle of fucking nowhere.

The EU still demands foreigners who enter its territory with some sort of visa to buy medical insurance before travel.

Bottom line is what they pay here is a joke compared to their own countries and they don't even pay taxes here. And when you go to some other countries like the USA, you get ripped.

No we don't. We overcharge you, but it is ilegal to deny emergency care or life saving procedures under any circumstance. They'll bill you if you're a tourist, but they have no legal recourse to make you pay.
