I have no idea to be honest with you lol. I honestly don’t know what will happen to Tou or Yotanwa. I doubt Ousen, Moubu, Mouten, Shin, and Ouhon die in Chu. Kyoukai is a wildcard as well but I doubt she dies within the series.

At one point Yotanwa disappears from the historical records. But at the bare minimum she will accomplish her goal of uniting all the tribes.

Still, if she got killed or crippled by someone, it would be incredibly hype.

Shanks and co. aren't some super respectable guys, I don't mind them kinda being douches

They are respectable, hence everyone on Elbaf was praising them and expressing their love. That's why Shanks has weaklings join their fleet. But obviously a Yonko crew is no pushover, and if someone declares war on them, like Bartolomeo who invaded Shanks' territory and occupied islands, ripping of the RHP's flag, it's an appropriate response. People shouldn't confuse being kind with being a pushover.
