Had a bounty of 602 M.
But no.1 should have a bounty of 5 B.
That's like 8 times the bounty of Sabo. This is the biggest gap in the history ever.
And dude , Don't bother quoting me , if you can't bring me Manga facts. I sure as hell is not interested in overly wanked Headcanon.

Also, the Sabo compairson fall shorts since Sabo Is a growing character. Now he Is probaly going to have a 2-3b bounty and Dragon having 5, the moment we actually see It, It's just fine.

My dude PK level characters don't get thrown around like old generation.
There is no PK tier.
It's yonkou level only.
It wasn't a tier above powerlevel that made roger and Whitebeard reach 5.6B and 5 B.
Roger achieved PK and was the biggest threat to WG with top tier alongside him with Ray and Oden in his crew.
WB took years to build a legacy and name for himself. It took him decades.
Kaidou and Bigmam themselves rank at 4.4 and 4.6B.
Kaidou probably higher because of his encounter with marines being more often then bigmam and his title.
Shanks who is currently top tier quality is at 4B.
Maybe EOS luffy surpass roger , because he's literally speedrunning it and taking chances with WG in every way he can.
But 5 B is gonna take solid years. And huge fame and name for yourself. Power can take you to a limited point only.
