Imo he got that boost after he attacked Amazon Lily; yes we saw it when he attacked, but we also saw Boas who had no reason to be given a bounty till post marines failed to capture her on Amazon Lily.
So neg diffing Boa Hancock + Capturing marines + Having Kuzan as a subordinate = 3.996 bounty boost imo

Winning Against Kizaru > Neg diffing Boa
Killing Vegapunk > Capturing Coby
Having Kuzan as Subordinates > Having Giant pirates backing luffy.

Luffy should easily get 5B bounty for that.
But will he? No.
You all need to realize post 4B only fame and decades of being a notorious pirates helps. And your "crew"

However, he is getting his bounty reveal after the pirates’ side gets increased. They’re all endgame fighters that are comparable to each other. Bounties are PL indicators at the end of the day, Akainu being revealed to have 5B now will make the One Piece contenders (yonkos and Dragon) look bad.

Marineford Whitebeard is the weakest Yonkou out there. But thanks to the stronget fruit in the paramcia verse he could do what he could in marineford.
I'm not even gonna lie , if admirals had no restrictions , WB at marineford was mid diff(or easy hard diff) for all three admirals.
It took Akainu 2/3 punches. That's about it.
Primebeard might have washed any admiral. But WB at marineford isn't as strong as people think he was.
