No im talkin bout people sayin Shanks Haki is so good it kan create a whole ahh arm or turns into a fighting style. Apparently that is perfectly logical thought(even tho we’ve never even gotten a hint that Haki kan do that)

Yes he will be the strongest when he becomes PK just like Roger; 1v1 though ? No way, he will have allies etc... but above all, he will have the WSS in his crew so nothing contradictory here.
For now, Buggy is the strongest because he has the ''charisma'' of Luffy that makes people follow him but also has Mihawk.

There is no bias in Mihawk's statement not referring to individual strength since PK was never individual achievement.

Your confusing with what Oda says in interviews to what is stated in the manga. No where in the manga did Luffy say I won't use a punch to defeat Kaido or that the series will take 5 years.
If Oda makes mihawk stronger than roger it creates a hole alot of retcons leaving the manga worse off from it.
