Actually the first time you acknowledge that Mihawk directly refers to '' himself '', '' Surpassing him '', in comparison to oranges like Yonko crew, allies, territories, Poneglyphs, etc.. You can't compare an apple to oranges it renders the analogy pointless..

It's in favor of Mihawk who hasn't been showed as CoC user (for now) while his CoA is such high quality that it could somehow put him in upper range against non CoC top tiers (like admirals) and makes it somehow comparable to adCoC feat wise.

Roger Shanks WB even after having all types of haki focused more on improving or having higher quality of AdCoC.

While people like Mihawk or GB after having no CoC focused solely on improving CoA or having Black blade to minimize the gap against AdCoC top tiers.
