If you think the international courts are down judging what is happening in Gaza, you will be surprised, they are not. I did come to realize that it’s not as straightforward as it seems.

I do think Hamas genuinely uses its own civilian population as pawns in the war. They see being killed by Israel as a form of martyrdom.

Could Israel have done a genocide? I think it’s possible, especially with some of the comments made by certain politicians.

That's not how it works. International law court is only there to judge the events of a genocide. They need to thoroughly investigate and this takes years. You don't need them to stop ongoing massacres and genocides. You don't even need their approval to classify something as a genocide

All the time. Some areas it hardly happens, others all the time. Hell, some cops only have physical encounters once every 5 years or so. There's no universal metric, but I've personally have been stabbed and shot at.
