I've already given my vote but Arthur Dayne defeating the Smiling Knight the way he did was a very impressive feat which should not be overlooked. Jaime described the Smiling Knight as being "The Mountain of his time" so his prowess was clearly no joke.
In the duel against Dayne, the Smiling Knight had dozens of wounds before Arthur allowed him to take a new sword. And then killed him. It was an overwhelming performance.
"Prolonged fight" yea but we don't really know how much in this context. But it probably was much less than an hour.
