Well, as it says "The smallest dog barks the loudest", it doesn't mean he's the biggest or the strongest but he barks louder to cover up for his inferiority compared to the big dogs.
Well, Luffy is the big dog of one piece and everyone should accept that but since SOME Zoro fans have hard time accepting this reality that they tend to built a headcanon feats and facts about Zoro and try to shove it down to everyone's throat by the method of talking a lot and loud to overcome true arguments that they don't like or atleast to distract it like they always do in every topic that ends by them pushing others to stop discussing with them cuz they see that there is no use of explaining to Zoro fans since what they (Zoro fans) do is just intentional troll to annoy others and have a laugh.
Zoro fans almost had like an unannounced unwritten unspoke of agreement terms to make up false claims and feats to hype Zoro and dehype others and then spread everywhere to preach it and the responsibility of every Zoro fans to back up that individual and support his headcanon and push down every one's throat as if it was a fact in hope that by the time goes by it will become a fact.

Funnily enough you are not a Zoro fan I assume but is taking part in raising traffic of this thread.
You know attention doesn't have to positive right, negative attention and entice any kinda reaction translates to relevance.
If I made a thread about Luffy, it would probably get 1/5th of the attention. I wonder what side Jehovah's witness really is, pro Zoro side or anti Zoro side, because stats would show Zoro is a universally loved character but negative reaction would be clearly visible. So obviously that is vocal minority right?

Though anti Zoro fan base seems to give Zoro more attention than his own fan base.
Look at how much attention @Jo_Ndule gives to Mihawk, far more than @Light D Lamperouge whose favorite character is Mihawk.

Yeah look at the popularity poll, where he is 2nd highest despite missing an arc and Sanji getting a character arc and Luffy getting more shoved down people's throats in WCI than any other arc, he barely beat Zoro.
Then there is merchandise sales, which Idk how to get an actual stat on that but according to @Den_Den_Mushi Zoro's presence in Merchandise stores in Japan is as big if not bigger than Luffy's. Obviously they would do they because Zoro's merchandise is selling that well.
Though Idk what kinda stat you want from me lol, I have hardly seen anyone say negative things about Zoro among One Piece fans I know irl.
The latest episode of One Piece and poll in it is another great example, where like 90% gave the episode very positive rating, there was still vocal minority talking shit.

There is not much interest to Luffy, he is just kinda there, being shoved down people's throats yet his presence not having that much of an impact.
He does shit, people talk about it, people forget about it. While with Zoro you would have people talking both positively and negatively about the shit he does for ages.

The fact any thread about Zoro ends up having more replies is because Zoro fans write more and argue about everything and to everyone and keep doing so til the others have no time or energy to discuss anymore.
