I did answer it.
First, there has never once been a time that Luffy’s comparable (enemy/friend) has ever been equal to or weaker than Zoro’s comparable, at any point in time. Not only that, but the gap between Luffy’s comparable and Zoro’s comparable in any given arc has progressively grown wider and wider. That has never changed.
Secondly, you said that Zoro always gets 1 vs 1’s against swordsmen. In this arc alone, that’s been proven false. Zoro was fighting against Killer and Gyukimaru in a 1 vs 1 vs 1. And if you broaden it out, Zoro has taken part in fights with multiple people involved. In an arc in which even Luffy will not fight his chief enemy alone, even for his first real fight against a Yonko, Zoro is not immune to it, especially because he’s below YC1 and Luffy just struggled to even bring down a YC1 on his own. They sheer amount of people involved in this arc suggests that nobody, even Zoro, is going to get a straight 1v1, and Killer’s presences further diluted that for Zoro.

My friend hope is Best thing.
If you have read my earlier posts on this then you would have realized that I believe mihawk won't be having bounty close to shanks as mihawk doesn't have crew,territory and alliances. So I am not expecting much.
But,if by any chance miahwk gets huge bounty then rest assured that mihawk>shanks is done deal because it's only mihawk whose bounty will relflect his own individual strength.
And, with Oda not disclosing dragon bounty as well,you can't completely shun the idea of mihawk having huge bounty
