You better start deadlifting proper if that’s true, at your size 1 year is enough for 700
I was always scared to do it. I’ve had lower back pains from a car accident. But I’m more into it now though. I deadlift on leg day and do Rack Pulls on back day. My strength for it is growing fast.
 
Lmfao that makes zero sense, the disparity between the deadlift and bench press should be far bigger

I’m 195lbs, my max deadlift is 500lbs, haven’t done flat bench in a while, if I ease into it once again at best I’m hitting 200lbs in a month, that’s a normal disparity
Unless you’re julius maddox or smth
Yeah my deadlift max is 475 but bench max is 245
