He didn't clash with Mihawk. He tried to sneak attack him, which Mihawk blocked. Cutting Akainu's Logia body in a sneak attack is no big deal either. Luffy was also damaging the Logia trio's Logia body when confronting them at the plateau, which is pointless as long as he doesn't do damage.

One clash with Doffy's leg is barely worth mentioning.
