The chapter mentioned that Loki was trying to flee. Any solid Top Tier could escape Elbaf if their aim was just to flee.

I don't think this guy will be more powerful in overall combat than Law or Kid (though he will be physically stronger).

He killed the king and then tried to flee...

If loki didn't just sneak the king, he'd have fought and killed the king who had the legendary df. After a hard battle that exhausts them, no top tier is successfully escaping an entire country of giants jumping them. At least not without help.

So we need to know if he fought and killed the king or not.

He didn´t send anything because he didn´t know anything about Wano powerlevel.
However Elbaf is open, you can enter it as human, in fact the WG has connection to elbaf deep since long time ago. Big Mom knows the powerlevel of Elbaf too and Lola also called it the mightest country in the world.
Do we need to know more?

I mean when Kaido was hyped by everyone, in the end he show the best feats.

Elbaf being the strongest nation was known since early One Piece, that just means that their fodder is stronger then other fodder on average. They are giants after all.

For me Kaido wont be surpassed unless by Akainu, Blackbeard and of course Imu. Maybe some Gorosei too. I guess Shanks if you want to count him too lol.

The issue is you forgo context for the sake of wanking, all we know is that Loki is likely a top tier. That enough witht he giant army would give BM the edge over the other Yonko.

Loki being a top tier is enough for him to give Luffy a tough fight if they ever fight, he doesnt have to be stronger then Big Mom.

As for Kaido well he lost to a group battle, and I dont know how you can say Luffy is stronger then him given his time limit and how Kaido was actually overpowering G5 and blitzing him. Fresh Kaido outlasts him and beats him.

The argument revolves around claiming that Luffy in his base form, Snakeman, and partial and full Gear 4 can exhaust Kaidou's stamina to the point where Gear 5 with a time limit can defeat him.
When in reality, base Luffy, Snakeman, and partial and full Gear 4 don’t have the endurance to withstand Kaidou’s top-tier attacks, and two of Kaidou's blows would kill Luffy outside of Gear 5. This makes Gear 5 a necessity to be used against Kaidou from the start to allow Luffy to endure Kaidou's strikes, which the other transformations are not capable of handling.

Just pointing out but the same giant that said they managed to stop Loki also said it'll be the end of everything/the world will be destroyed if Loki were to set himself free, meaning he doesn't believe they can pull that feat (stopping him) again.
