I love the "CG bountys are not personalized or individual, they are only governed by ranks. Yeah sure!! Like CG didn't give a bounty of 3 billion to a vice admiral not long ago.
Those are their honest feelings, other words yes they hold 5 bil for Akainu in really high regard, this thread is just playing parts for agenda.

Bruh I hate how the majority of this fandom takes this headcanon as fact. Why must every female character with a troubled past be a rape victim? Nami got raped by Arlong. Robin had to prostitute herself to survive. Hancock was a sex slave, Big Mom got preyed on by Streusen and the list goes on and on and on... If Oda really wants the audience to know that a female character was raped, he'll spell it out. Just look at Ginny.
