We know no marine is on the same level as prime garp and sengoku
Akainu is yet to prove he surpassed sickbeard
Luffy just went on matching 6 gorosei and kizaru, even dominating 2 at once
Kid and law lost easily to Yonko. Admirals aren't losing mid diff or less
Luffy is worth 4B for all he did in wano and Egghead

Look at how Oda made Goofy stalemate Kizaru with WSG. Pretty clear that the bounties aren’t just for nothing. It’s Oda’s way of keeping tabs at what level the fighters are around in
Law and Kidd are in the same range as Admirals. Goofy’s poor stamina evened things out (Elbaf might be different). He would not give them 3B otherwise

-After Akainu transfered HQ to new world marines are now the ones who RULE the new world as doflamingo said, not the yonko
-Kuzan MATCHED prime Garp physically + he has the strongest logia + awakening Kuzan > Prime Garp

The military draft question is pretty interesting
I hope Oda clarifies which marines ended up joining through the draft and which ones were recruited normally

They will be as much monsters as the story or Toei needs :saden:
