Goofy being low top tier is about right. I would classify Admirals at around the same level. Had Kizaru not been running away we may have gotten a much different but still close outcome
All OG Yonkos are above Goofy without G5 without doubt. With G5 he becomes on par with them but his time limit is ass. He runs out before they even get to their final attacks unless he pulls out BG

Tbh if Kizaru who doesn't have any special dura like Kaido or BM can tank an attack like WSG to his head , it makes luffy looks like ass. Its also his strongest attack after BG in G5. I am not saying Kidd and Kizaru have same endurance but still shanks easily K.O.ed and one shotted kidd who can be assumed as an inbetweener level.
Goofy crush-gripped him and turned him into a pancake like nothing. WSG doesn’t even look stronger than some of his G3/G4 moves. Not sure where this idea of it being his next strongest move is coming from considering Goofy did something similar to Kaido and Kaido didn’t drop like Kizaru did
And not one-shotting Kizaru with WSG isn’t a bad look. You don’t expect a top tier to go down after one named attack. I would argue Shockwille > WSG too given the former had an equal effect on tankier top tiers and they didn’t go down
5B > 4B > 3B as a general tier list for current arc. He even bumped up BB to be in the 4B range. Oda gave us these bounties for a good reason

It depends whether Goofy is using ACoC or not either. 90% chance there was no ACoC in WSG just CoA considering Goofy always uses ACoA emission + ACoC for ACoC attacks
No ACoC, it would take several hits because his AP is just ass. With ACoC, probably a few hits to the head
For now I am going to assume no ACoC since he almost never showed it in Egghead and only used it against Kaido who tanked dozens of those hits

This is like when Kaidou got turned into a jump rope or body slammed in Looney Tunes fashion, except if Kaidou simply used that to stay down on purpose.
It's literally void, there's no point of bringing up any pro Luffy feat in that fight after the SBS confirmation.
The only thing we can derive is Luffy being taken to complete exhaustion by a distracted Kizaru who could still move around. This is why that SBS reveal was such a massive shot towards Luffy, there's just no coming back from that.

I don't think that pizza attack did much to Kizaru. I do think he was simply acting to be defeated. WSG is an adv coc attack which landed on Kizaru's head where as pizza thing was a gag attack. But its hard to tell.

We know for sure that Kizaru felt WSG hard since we read his thoughts “I’m seeing stars!” Then he vicegripped him hard enough to cough blood and slammed him onto Saturn using Dawn Cymbal. Kizaru was even trynna eyelaser him out of it. Both attacks looked equally devastating to me
G5 Goofy can hurt Kizaru is certain. In a direct 1v1 things would go very differently imo and Kizaru might even be actually paralyzed longer with enough hits. G5 would still tap out tho and I think Kizaru would get up before he recovers
