I will say it comes down to matchup. Zazan is straight forward power fighter unlike leon. And feitan even rusty was comparable to zazan in speed. I said I have zazan as strongest.

Feitan is a character who needs to be one shot otherwise its pain packer GG.

And Feitan is one of the strongest PT and needed a fucking high-extrem high diff vs "ONE" squadron leader.
He would be dead if he was in Morel situation.
Hell dude would get clapped hard by any Royal Guard, he would never perform in same way as Morel did.

I am not denying that but a big part of their power is general enhancement. For others like conjurers and manipulators , they rely more on their hatsu due to their enhancement lacking in comparison. Killua negged rammot without hatsu iirc.

And even then phinks needs time to roll unlike uvogin.

And Shizuku also can easily damage the Spider dude with her hoover. Phinks would rip that dudes head off. Zazan is obviouslu more durable and stronger than Cheetu. Ants arent all the same even if theyre on the same tier.

I dont think Phinks needing his hatsu against an unknown Ant is enough of an antifeat. The gorrila ant clearly can tank his base punches...but other ants like spider ant wouldnt.

That isn't his strongest attack. It was his ability/hatsu and that was on weaker side iirc.

Not the point I am making. Leon is specialist where as zazan a transmuter is more powerful enhancer let it be speed or raw power.

Morel will struggle against very strong enhancers like uvogin imo.

Both pouf and youpi barely even fought directly though. Youpi was simply having fun and more was a no threat to him.

Bet Hisoka would rank him around Kanzai lvl, a 85

Kanzai words can't be taken, as he is the dumbest of the Zodiacs.

And of course powerscale and this "tiers" ideias don't work in HxH.



What we can assume is that Ging, Botobai, Chrollo, Hisoka and probably Pariston are most like much above he.

Feitan/Nobunaga/Phinks seems to be the strongest of the PT, but Hisoka lack of interest in them talk a lot about their strength, most likely they are around the mid Zodiacs members (Ginta, Sayu, Cheedle, Kanzai), who I personally would consider all at max on pair with Illumi, who of course don't seem to be even close to Chrollo.


Morel could become the Boar in Ging place and I think everyone would see it as a natural thing to happen

morel is Incredibly strong but he is not on the level of fighters ,
so imo he should be between 3. and 4.
