Kaido probably has the worst reaction speed of any character in the series. I think it's really his fighting style to take damage and then counter since he's confident with his indestructible body but that's very bad.

It’s not that he can’t react, that’s not what is being shown. It’s just that he chooses to bet on his high durability to eat any attack thrown at him. That’s why he even says to Kin and Denjiro “Your swords won’t affect me” or whatever. He has displayed impressive attack speed with his Thunder Bagua.

But we never saw anyone hype Mihawk CoA

Yet people wanna dream Mihawk has the best CoA.

Kaido and BM have faster attack speed and movement speed but low reaction speed since they like tanking. Average Haki mastery with Super physical stats.
Shanks has great Haki mastery and speed too
Teach has endurance and overpowered dfs. Average haki mastery
Prime WB had great haki mastery and DC with great physical strength and endurance. Oldbeard only had good AP, great DC and endurance
Fuji has great CoO AoE, and DC but average speed and Physical stats
Logia admirals have great CoA and good CoO, super AoE and DC.

But the fanbase think top tiers have every stats on top tier level.

Luffy can literally overpower with g4 any top tier except Kaido and Bm
Luffy can blizt and danced around any top tier attacks with fs he has.
Kata can do the same too.

People have this wild dreams that X wash Kata case they dream X top tiers have better stats lol

I don't know about that. In his human form he tanks attack but in his dragon form he fires Boro Breath. Maybe he has hybrid form too with different fighting style.
