If Ryokugyu wielded a supreme blade, Luckhawk would not weild the world’s strongest blade.
Basically Mihawk only wields the world’s strongest blade because no real top tier gives a fuck about blackening supreme blades, and Ryokugyu wields a sword he found in the trash can and turned it black because he doesn’t give a fuck and still achieved Mihawk’s life ambition.
