It’s special enough. If it’s a highly valuable skill, you’d expect at least a couple of living people to have it, not just one. Mihawk being the only one risks its relevance. This development mostly helps his portrayal, I again don’t get why it bothers y’all so much.

It never made sense for it to be a CoC thing, like, Roger obviously will be the top dog in that regard but Mihawk > Roger in CoA and potentially observation (clairvoyant hype etc) is very well within possibilities.
