Big Mom dies from the KX Launcher and the SH's Firetank Pirates Germa 66 have to fight there way out of WCI. Ultimately Saved by the Sun Pirates most likely but that woulda been one hell of a battle lol
Luffy vs Katakuri in the mirror world still happens obviously as well as the Tamata box explosion.

or however yall set up the fights in your headcannon lol Might have to double up here and there but I think they can pull it off or at least make it out alive. Expect the same betrayals on BM side from the ones who are more loyal to the ones they loved like Praline and Chiffon and even Pudding.

(Also BM doesnt really die as all her homies rush to her to give their souls to save her or something. She awakes to her entire country and crew defeated and in ruins or she awakes to an executed SH crew and a quelled rebellion.
