It's hard to see Pranks being the villain of the arc. Like, you're going to introduce Shanks' evil brother and then defeat him in the same arc in 60 chapters, without Shanks himself being present.

Shanks probably has no connection to his brother. He was raised by Roger while Pranks was raised by Garling.

Between Loki and Ripley I'm glad we're getting some interesting Elbaf Giants with more depth to them besides Elbaf pride and being strong, The Concern Loki showed for his friend Masa tells me he's not as bad as he was first portrayed, plus Luffy can usually tell when someone is a good person he probably pegged Loki good, the moment he met him.

I guarantee the Elbaf Elders killed the king for going against customs and tradition and Loki took the blame, they're also likely secretly working with world government
