But then Oda would already reveal it's not Shanks if we see the left side of his face. I believe Oda's gonna reveal that when Pranks faces off the strawhats/Luffy.

Either way, Evil Shanks should be pretty non-existent atp imo.

It's the other way around. He would have no reason to keep the mystery if it was Shanks. Instead, he is drawing the same panel than in chapter 907 and hiding whatever would allow us to conclude that it's Shanks. It's 99.99% his brother.

Pretty sure Oda drew Shanks with eyes like this in the past, like in the kid chapters

I will tell you clearly that there are only two things which is raising doubts on this.

1) Oda hiding the left side of the face which is clearly being done deliberately. But, this could swing both ways.

2) Pranks snitching about a pirate which doesn't make sense because out of all the top pirates left, we haven't seen anyone mentioning HK.

He's hiding the scar which means oda wants to keep this suspense going for a while regardless of that person is shanks or pranks.

Why would Shanks come to Elbaph through the circle when he is welcome there and last time he was in the bar with Colon, doing an epic pose with the Giants and fighting Eustass Kid with them?

Shanks was also dealing with Bartolomeo by the time Nami was in Rodo's room so this would imply that he left his crew behind to come to Elbaph through a circle, when he is welcome there.

To me it doesn't add up.

The question is, why would he notice Luffy's fruit before the Elders? Considering how many years they have lived, and that they receive the reports of everything that happens in the world, including every single thing that Luffy did, even how he did it.

Valid argument, yet "Shanks" never wears a hooded full-body cloak outside of this panel and the panel in chapter 907. Makes you wonder what he would change clothes for.

Come on bruh. We all know what’s going on here. This is Saint Shanks. The evil twin argument is the most pathetic argument I’ve ever seen on WorstGen, and even the people who believe this is an evil twin know how pathetic it is.

I’ve said it repeatedly. If Oda makes Saint Shanks evil, he is a top 3 mangaka of all time whether we like it or not. The sheer balls to bait the dumbest of humanity for 30 years, and then subvert that bait by making Saint Shanks evil is truly the stuff of legend.

If it is not Shanks I think it has more chance of being a clone than his brother
I just hate the idea of Shanks brother being the exact copy of him bar the scar, it's lazy as fuck in term of design. Especially when Garling still looks pretty distinct from Shanks (even when young)
