Another case of "nah, Koby Is in the double spread of the most improntat players for OP just for...mistake by Oda".
In fact, Koby was show even in the D. spread (talking about Garp).
Thats why I said he is gonna be important, but not strong.
Coby was weaker than Garp at pirate island, yet Coby seemed to have more focus.
Let's say that I agree: since that was a double spread of the most important character for the OP race, that Koby dreams to be an admiral and said again he was going against Luffy, having him weak would be kind of useless, but ok.
Anyway, what other character in there Isn't strong or Isn't going to be strong in time for the final war?

Koby in his prime may very well be strongest marine of all time if not at least in top 3.

Idk if rank wise, but strength wise he will surpass Kuzan who is already above the average admiral.

They don't, already confirmed by multiple sources and manga that he grows faster.
Also this reasoning was debunked by the Manga, Luffy himself says this "I will keep geting stronger and I am two steps above you already, yet I still do think you will catch him." basically.
Honestly you all either didn't read the Manga or dunno how to read a Manga.
