Character Discussion Most annoying Straw Hat

His writing hasn't been interesting in a long time. He hasn't gotten any real character development since the timeskip nor had any real storyline aside from being badass.
One of the worst things about Wano is that it was the perfect place for Zoro to finally go through his own subplot and go through real development and emotions, but nothing came out of it. Only SBS stuff.

Luffy sometimes is cringe for some reason

I agree he seems very basic and yes he’s the MC but the amount of ass pulls he gets is crazy despite how basic he is. To me he looks that of a character similar to a spoiled child who’s daddy gets them whatever they want and the dad being (Oda)
not saying Luffy hasn’t struggled either but this boy is too spoiled..

not saying Luffy hasn’t struggled either but this boy is too spoiled..
Like what was even the point of spending all that time studying in Weatheria and learning how to use their magitech if she was just gonna get a magic talking cloud who was gonna do all of the fighting for her? Might as well have just given her the Goro Goro no Mi since Zeus is basically Enel in a can.
Wano had so much potential for this, but it was discarded to make it Odenwank when it should have been Ryumawank, and even though Whole Cake didn't give Sanji any major fights, it at least gave him oodles of backstory and development (even if some of it didn't really stick and the ending sucked more than Ju Peter's worm). Zoro has just become the fighting badass with no character to him despite that he deserves way better. LOda didn't even bother to reveal his family outside of an SBS and can't even make the guy get remotely emotional under any circumstance compared to pre-ts, or even make an expression for Robin's sake during Elbaf. Heck, Luffy Nika didn't cry but at least he smiled, and Jinbei is the fat new guy so he doesn't really know Robin, like at all, so it makes sense he wouldn't give a shit about her reunion, and it also kind of cements the biggest problem of introducing a new nakama this late in the game who hasn't had time to actually sit down and get to know the Straw Hats outside of 2 pages.
