I think Sanji vs Aikoji theme could be battle of hearts, heart of ice ve heart of fire. Passion vs logic etc... At that point when strawhats defeat Blackbeard it is really the endgame so i dont see any problem with that fight. Sanji may fight both Aikoji and Kizaru.
