You know how old Abrahamic religions are? and on top of that they are descendants of the oldest religions.
Like either patriarchal societies are inherent or patriarchal norms come from our oldest societies, and have been promoted by religion. At that point I don't know how you can't say the patriarchy is the problem when they are so intertwined with said religion

Patrairchy is ingrained in islam. So yeah, it is because it is islam. Patriarchy also isnt the only issue with islam anyway.

Well there are two layers to that.
1. Every muslims in the world are not oppressed like muslim in the west or in countries like Chine.
2. Every muslims in the world is indeed oppressed by patriarchy that acts through Islam. Islam being simply a tools for patriarchy to be really effective.
And let's be honest, Muslim around the world (in non western societies) do not use the term "racist" when blaming blasphemy, they usually are triggered but they are not using progressive rethoric.
Those who do are the ones in the west. And in the west, they are all oppressed beyond this type of what they call "blasphemy". They are simply not talking about it unless they are leftists.
On top of that, you will most likely see blasphemy in circle that are highly islamophobic as leftist usually understand that we should not put more pressure on people who are already oppressed. So I think we can forgive the few ones who use blasphemy and the concept racism as a way to express their frustration because :
1. They have other reasons to be angry
2. They are most of the time right and there is indeed islamophobia behind the hatred of islam.

Patriarchy was created at the start of the neolithic period. It's much older than every religions on the planet.

Agreed, people are too rigid with sexuality. Ironically leftist have gone from the liberal "sexuality is flexible" to making their sexuality their identity, leaving very little for exploration.
I also think the same with gender expression. Feminine men and Masculine women have always been around. Doesn't inherently mean they are the opposite gender nor they are attracted to the same.
