I dont think CDs marry common folk, the safe thing to assume is if they marry CDs from other families.
There is an exception for male CDs who take female slaves as concubines or probably second or third or whatever wives, and those women still remain slaves in status like Ginny who was later discarded with Bonney despite Bonney being a CD spawn.
