They coulda literally cloned any of the gorosei, admirals, warlords, Roger when he got captured, or fuck it, they coulda just repeatedly cloned pranks even. They cloned Ginny (Koala's long lost sister) because 1. they had her DNA close by; and 2. they experimented on her and saw that she had a resilient body, maybe altered by the pregnancy of a buccaneer's baby, or some other bullcrap.
