Reason why I'm dubious of this is that the way abilities work in the series are usually straightforward and hardly abstract. Exceptions tend to be non-combat focused DF like Sugar.
I guess there's Law devil fruit as a counter example but idk I feel the arrow fruit would simply allow the user to use arrows to attack, none of that conditional future or fate stuff.
