They have a massive nuclear missile in front of them that just called CDs trash and said he would rather die than work with them. If they don’t kill him they are stupid asf and Oda will be keeping Loki alive to turn him into an ally in the snooziest possible version of this story. Anyone who doesn’t kill Loki right here is not a competent villain.
