Kaido was literally an awakened Zoan, he had the koi fish fruit which when awakened turns into a dragon. Big Mom’s awakening allowed her to exchange soul power/lifeforce to heal her own body.

Kaido didn't have the koi fish. The fandom heard the fruit is a "fish fish" and made that up. A bad theory from people who didn't understand the zoan naming convention.

Where does it say that is Big Mom's awakening and not just a normal application of her power to control souls that she simply hadn't been forced to use because she rarely takes damage?

I never said zoro vs kizaru in egghead I also said luffy wouldn't have a real fight with him on which I was right (turned out even worse for luffy with the revelation kizaru could have killed him at any time and fed him)

Also

Zoro cannot lose to shamrock as he is a swordsman and he will never lose to a swordsman again


Which means the only one about to get beat down is luffy.

Assuming he can see (with CoO or however) he can see the arrows signaling the routes of both hits, and the order, as the first arrow is the only one coming straight from her. While he comments on the attacks, he only mentions being hit with a fist right after she's already amassing her arrows on her hand to form the fist.

So there's nothing he says that he couldn't visually pick up.

With the text summary I was on the FS boat, but with the full chapter he doesn't do anything that can't be done with basic CoO.

Which doesn't mean he doesn't have FS, just that he hasn't done anything to show it.
