There's really nothing Oda could do for swordsman with creative fighting style and unique power different from other swordsman. Just the same sword slash/wave and some haki spark
A mythical zoan with versatile abilities coming from a sword is the only way Oda can make another high profile swordsman different from each other swordsman.

If I want cool and amazing-looking swordfights with some choregraphy I'd rather watch Demon Slayer.

WCI - Pedro told them every step where to get the poneglyph and even used himself as a decoy to let them get it

Wano - Was handed the poneglyph by Sukiyaki after a plot that only happened because Luffy by fate was handed a new ally in Momo on a silver platter.

The straw hats are destined and get stuff handed to them every step of the way.

We need zero lore on Rox and the WG is later. The Roger pirates is actually important right now.
